Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Branson

You can't beat the location. We only needed a room for one night because of an issue with our Airbnb. The staff were super nice, and the room was very clean. I loved the fresh, clean smell of the sheets, not perfumed. The place has seen better days. Everything feels worn, and the bathroom wallpaper looked nasty and possibly moldy. Still, it's clear the staff work hard to keep the hotel spotless.

A basic value hotel, with a very small bathroom. The room and towels were serviced every other day or if you asked. The breakfast area and coffee urns were kept full by the most cheerful person we've ever met. He made sure everyone felt welcome and had what they needed.

The carpet was soaking wet, and portable fans were running in the rooms to dry it out. The hotel's air conditioning system was broken throughout. There was mold growing on the bathroom trim, peeling wallpaper, and several water stains on the ceilings. This place is a dump. It isn't owned by Marriott anymore. Don't stay here. There are plenty of nicer places to stay in Branson.

Breakfast and hospitality were both great. The problem was the constant noise in the video from our bottom-floor room, number 124. We couldn't get a decent night's rest.
