Be ready for noise if you stay here. We were in a studio and hadn’t expected to share a common area or be so close to the neighboring suite. The walls were very thin, so we could clearly hear the people next door. The unit above us was also extremely loud late at night, with what sounded like children running heavily. We called the front desk because quiet hours had passed, and the noise stopped soon afterward.

All the attractions we had booked were less than ten minutes away, and our rooms were better than we expected. Everyone at The falls village was pleasant, accommodating, and glad to help with anything we needed. Such a great place for a vacation.

I felt ignored from the moment I entered the empty lobby, and the whole visit left me feeling like I was being conned by Bluegreen/Hilton. More than once, I was told my stay would be better with VIP status. Although everyone acted as if they cared and wanted to help, none of my requests were handled. The booking agent had lied to me, and even though I reserved the rooms months ahead, not one request was fulfilled. We usually arrive at a resort to an inviting atmosphere and a bit of excitement. We didn’t find that here. Being a timeshare member feels like a waste of my time and money. TO MY BLACK AND BROWN PEOPLE: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The pool was the one letdown. It was chilly when we visited, and the main pool and kids’ pool were both very cold. We’d booked somewhere with an indoor pool for the kids, and I wish the website had made clear that this pool isn’t heated. The hot tub was nice, but it ended up being the only place my daughter and I could swim. I think the website should say so. The rooms, though, are perfect for families, more like a little house than a hotel, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and a balcony. The balcony felt safe for kids, with a tall railing and lots of locks. The atmosphere was comfy and family-friendly, and the employees were so good. I think their names were Cindy & robin, though I could be mistaken, and the security guard was very nice too. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back.

Branson was fun, and I’d come back to the area, but I’d stay somewhere else. For what a timeshare costs, I expected more, especially after seeing better rooms at other timeshares. There was no view, hardly any bathroom counter space, nowhere in the shower for soap or shampoo, and no bath mat for the tile, so I used towels on the floor. The safe didn’t work. Cooking was a hassle too: the refrigerator leaked sticky, unpleasant stuff every few hours, there were barely any utensils, and we had to use bathroom towels as potholders and dish towels. We thought there’d be a hot tub from the pictures and description, but when we arrived, the hot tub was outside and wasn’t open yet. The pool we saw was for kids. The office said they’re remodeling, so hopefully things improve.
