The staff we met were generally pleasant, but I was disappointed with our stay at Branson King Resort & Suites, and management declined my compensation request after I raised the issues. I also still haven't received my 50$ deposit back after a week and several requests. I was there with my son on a special trip from Minneapolis to visit the Titanic Museum. After a long drive, we found the property's layout and signs difficult to navigate, and the late checkout information was confusing. Our room smelled musty, the floors were sticky, and there was what looked like mold around the ceiling and wall. A plunger had been left out in the bathroom. The bed only had a thin blanket, with no comforter, and the TV signal kept cutting out. The vending machine on our floor didn't work either. The included breakfast wasn't what I expected from the booking details, and hot breakfast cost extra. When we'd forgotten our toothbrushes and toothpaste, the hotel had no basic complimentary supplies, and we were told to drive to Walmart. Given the property's condition and our overall experience, I wouldn't stay here again.

I was stuck in Branson, Missouri with no money and nowhere to go. It was snowing, and after Branson elevate and three other churches, including house of hope, all turned me away, I was in a real bind. Barbara, the owner of kings, Branson hotel and resort, and all the staff, Donnie, Teresa, Tracy crystal, helped me out. They're magnificent people, and I love them to death. They even bought me a bus ticket so I could get home. I'm forever grateful to you all. This place rocks. Thank you, and God bless.

Krystal is so helpful and friendly, and makes sure everything is running smoothly. Irena, who prepares breakfast, is wonderful too. Her biscuits and gravy are the best, and she makes everyone feel welcome. The whole staff is amazing and helpful, and it's a nice place. We'll be back.

The Elvis Suite is stunning, with unbelievable Elvis-themed decor. The staff are awesome, super friendly, and take great care of their guests. I'd recommend it to Elvis fans, and I'll definitely visit again from Australia!

The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the location couldn't be more convenient, less than a minute from food and attractions. Breakfast was decent and free, with bagels, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and cereal. Downstairs there's a game room with a giant teddy bear, an arcade game, a pool table, and checkers. The lobby has a quirky charm and lovely plants. Our room was fine, though the showerhead was short and the shampoo wasn't any good.
