The location is great, but this is a very poorly kept facility. We had a king suite and a double queen room, both on the top floor, after being told at check-in that the elevator was out. When I explained my 80-year-old MIL couldn’t manage four flights of stairs, the man at the desk didn’t seem happy about finding us a ground floor room, but eventually did. The king suite’s jacuzzi jets blasted at full force and couldn’t be adjusted. My husband had to use a pocket knife to release the stuck power button and shut them off. There was also a screw sticking about two inches out of the tub’s front side, a potential cut or scratch hazard. The floor between the shower and toilet area and the sink and mirror was broken and lifting. The heater barely blew warm air, even when turned up, and its control panel was falling into the unit. In the queen room, paint was peeling across large areas of two walls. A section of wall by the door looked kicked or forced in, with outside light showing around the edges. The light switches didn’t work, so we had to use the lamps between the beds. I will NEVER stay at another quality inn, and I’ll make sure everyone I know who travels hears about these problems and stays far away.

The room was quiet, clean, and had a comfortable bed, but the rooms are dated and need remodeling. Breakfast wasn’t what they advertised, so we went to IHop instead. The elevator was broken, which meant carrying our luggage up three floors. It was a good stay, but next time I’ll pay extra for a better hotel.

Nothing fancy, but it was a great one-night stay for the price. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and accommodated our request for a quieter area.

I wouldn’t stay at Quality Inn Branson On the Strip again. The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn’t work right, and I found a cockroach in the refrigerator. The guest microwave was broken too. For the price, this was unacceptable and nowhere near what was advertised. I can’t recommend it.

I checked in for a reservation from Wednesday through Saturday, walked into the room, and walked straight back out. The whole place looked nasty: trash around, rusty stairs, filthy carpet and bathroom, and an AC that barely worked. I found a cleaner place down the street and left. They promised to refund the hundred-something dollars, but it still hasn’t shown up in my bank account. When I call the front desk and ask for a manager, they won’t let me speak to one. I’m extremely unhappy, and if I don’t get the refund they promised, I’ll file a complaint and make calls to try to get this place shut down. I won’t come back.
