Queen Anne I

We were stuck there over Labor Day weekend because we couldn't find another place, but I wouldn't recommend staying. Floors were wet, sheets stained, and there was black mold. It didn't seem suitable for non-smokers. Under the beds was trash, the box springs were torn up, and the mattress was in bad shape. There was food in the dresser drawers along with drug paraphernalia. Wallpaper was peeling too. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it.

We stayed for around six months and really enjoyed it. The management worked hard to make guests feel valued and safe, and tried to provide whatever would make the stay better. The place was very clean as well. I'd definitely come back.

I've tried several extended stay places in Branson, and this one's the best by far. It's the cleanest and nicest I've stayed at. Under new management, the team is great, pays attention to what you need, and gets things fixed promptly. Highly recommend it.

Queen Anne has been the nicest and cleanest hotel I've stayed in so far. I've traveled from West Virginia to Florida, then up to Kansas and down to Oklahoma, and this one came out on top. The managers are hands-on and help with whatever you need. The rooms are immaculate, and it's peaceful and quiet.
