Rockwood Lake Lodge 7 Bedroom Home by RedAwning

Rockwood was a blast when we returned this year after a few years away from the lake. It’s ideal for our extended family, with easy lake access, boat slips that are a must for us, and nearby amenities, restaurants, shopping, and other activities off the lake. The condos work for both large and small groups, with nicely appointed rooms, a big kitchen, multiple bathrooms, a patio, and lots of space.

Quick access to Silver Dollar City is a big plus at this wonderful resort. It was one of the few places that met the needs of our group of seven adults, including enough beds for everyone and a zero-entry entrance with a balcony at the back. The staff were very accommodating and helped me get the specific unit I needed.

The quiet surroundings and easy parking made the stay especially pleasant. My family and I loved having enough room for all of us under one roof. I’d recommend Rockwood Resort to anyone.

The condo was nice, though the second bedroom was pretty bare. It has bunk beds and a trundle, which could work well for a family with lots of kids, but there’s no lamp or end table, nowhere to put a suitcase, and the dresser is tucked in a closet whose drawers won’t open. The master shower is a very small walk-in. The other bathroom has a bigger tub and shower, but it isn’t accessible for someone with a disability.
