I lived here for a year. The place was decent for the money if you have a job, and they allow large dogs, which most places in town don’t. But customer service went downhill after the owner took over, and everything became about money. He knowingly put at least one family in a room with bedbugs. Rooms are treated for bugs when people move out, and upgrades are being done as tenants leave. Long term residents get harassed. There are rules, with eviction as the consequence for breaking them. Drugs and violence are on the list, and children aren’t allowed outside their room without an adult, but those rules aren’t being enforced.

The neighbors are terrible and so nosy, and there are roaches everywhere, in all sizes except water bugs, plus bedbugs. The staff managers who help run the place are good people with me, kind and very helpful. I’ve been a good tenant from day one. Other than those problems, it’s alright until you can do better.

My mother checked in around evening on Sept. 14 and left about 9:30 am on Fri Sept 15. She’d prepaid for a week, but they refunded everything except the night she stayed. She came away with thousands of bites. We found bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches, mites, and another bug we couldn’t identify. The owner and staff laughed about it and said they had just sprayed, which was why there were so many bugs. People live there with their children, elderly residents, and Veterans. They deserve better. Environmental Services was notified today.

Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs! We were moved three times in one week, and good luck getting staff to do anything. Every room they made us stay in was stinky and filthy. Yes, made us stay there. They denied a refund and wouldn’t give us the owner’s number. There were drugs and shady, hateful people around. As I write this, I’m covered head to toe in big welts from bedbug bites. I went to the ER twice and even showed the manager discharge papers saying I had bedbug bites. Beware of this place!
