Peak 8 has the best location. The upper floors get too hot in summer, so I'd avoid them then. Also, be careful with units backing up to the Grand Lodge on Peak 8. The pool and hot tub area there is loud all day, and you can hear it inside those units.

The amenities were nice and the location was great, but the condo was extremely dated and hadn't been cleaned properly. There were things left in drawers, the showers weren't clean, and used washcloths and clothing were hanging in the shower. Even though they were still “cleaning,” we couldn't get in at the promised 4pm and didn't actually enter until after 5pm.

The gym is pretty small, with very few machines, but the hot tubs are great. Most condos let you ski in and out, and there are useful extras like an outdoor grill and washers and dryers.

The building and its decor feel dated, and each condo is individually owned. Still, the ski-in/ski-out access is hard to beat. The location is the main draw.

I've stayed here lots of times, mostly because it's right on the slopes and the ski-in/ski-out setup is awesome. The hot tubs are great too. Roman and his wife are really nice people.
