Village at Breckenridge by Ski Village Resorts

Right at the base of Peak 9, the location was hard to beat. We stayed in Jim's Village at Breckenridge Shavano Unit 2603, and the place was very clean and stocked with what we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Jim was a great host, quick to respond, and his guidebooks and recommendations helped us make the most of the trip. We’d definitely come back.

We’ve been returning to the same corner condo in the Antero Building at Village at Breckenridge for seven years, and it’s amazing. The views, service, easy access, and cleanliness are all great, and it’s always well maintained. We just checked out from this year’s trip and are already booking January 2027. My one suggestion is to have the Fitness Center open earlier or accessible 24 hours a day.

After skiing, I loved being able to walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops, and the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, heated pool, and fitness center were great for winding down. Garage parking was a big plus, and the staff were friendly and responsive. My condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained, with fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The Village at Breckenridge is right at the base of Peak 9, with lifts just steps away, so the ski-in/ski-out access made getting onto the mountain incredibly easy. It felt family friendly too. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

The views here are incredible and soul-filling. We’ve stayed at The Village at Breckenridge several times, and it’s become part of our three kids’ winter memories. It’s beautiful and convenient for everything the mountain community offers, with restaurants, stores, and activities all within walking distance.
