The view was lovely from the clean room, and it was sunny enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy it. There's a small pet area out back for your fur baby, and I liked that they didn't gouge you with the pet fee. It was a cute, quiet place for the night. Both gentlemen at the front desk were really nice and helpful.

I needed somewhere at the last minute and was really impressed. The room was spacious for the price and had great amenities. I liked the distinctive design and motif, and everything was very clean. The staff were courteous, and check-in and checkout were quick and simple. It's a handy spot if you want to be in town without too much noise pollution.

The road noise was blocked well, and the view was excellent. I had everything I needed, a hot shower with good pressure, and plush new carpet. Service was personable, too. My first stay here, but it'll be my first choice when I'm traveling through.

This review is pretty late, but better late than never. I came from out of state with family last summer (2025) to visit more family in the area, and we stayed here for a whole week. The outside could use a bit of freshening up. It didn't look terrible, just not like a brand-new building. The giant “MOTEL” sign made me raise an eyebrow when we pulled in. I think “FLAGSHIP INN” or just “INN” would fit better, since the place didn't feel cheap or run down. Inside, it was cozy and clean, more like an inn. The lobby was nice and smelled good. It reminded me of the “Independence Inn” from the Show Gilmore Girls. It felt homey rather than luxurious, which I liked. They even had a shelf of VHS tapes you could borrow. I hadn't used a VHS since probably 1999, and at first I thought the tapes looked a little cheap, like they were using them instead of a modern system. But every room had a modern TV, full internet and cable. The tapes are just a fun vintage touch. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and gave us the information we needed up front. Someone was always at the desk during the week, and they stayed attentive even when working alone, instead of slacking off on their phones. Breakfast was complimentary in the lobby each morning. We tried it once. I can't remember most of what was there, but there was a variety of snacks and grab-and-go options that appealed to me, including muffins I really liked. It wasn't the traditional buffet with bacon, eggs and sausage that many hotels serve, but we thought the selection was pretty good, especially for free. I preferred it to the free breakfast at a fancier Utah hotel on the same trip, where the bacon was rubbery and the “eggs” were made from powder rather than real eggs. The food at Flagship seemed genuine. The room was lovely, and I still remember it fondly. The furniture was nice, everything was clean and well kept, the TV looked modern, and there were plenty of outlets. The waterfront view was probably the hotel's best selling point. There was also a pool. I didn't use it, but my room was directly above it. It looked nice, the water was crystal clear, and people seemed to be enjoying it. I'll probably be back in Washington before too long, and I'll stay here again.

I'm writing from my room while looking out over beautiful Oyster Bay. This is an adorable old-school hotel. It's a little outdated, but that adds to its charm. It has character and doesn't feel like one of those cookie-cutter places that could be anywhere in the country. It's really clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and gorgeous view. The front desk person was friendly and welcoming, and it's convenient to Downtown Bremerton, several restaurants, Starbucks and Walgreens. I'd definitely stay again.
