Comfort Inn & Suites Brentwood - Nashville

It was so quiet during my off-season stay that I didn’t hear a thing, though I can’t say what it’s like when the hotel is full. There’s plenty of free parking, and the location makes it easy to get around Brentwood. My king mini Suite had lots of space, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water and good pressure in the walk-in shower. The staff were accommodating, and I’ve stayed here many times without a problem. It’s not the Taj Mahal, but for the price and location I think it’s worth booking. I believe they may be under new ownership and have started remodeling rooms. I’d recommend it to friends and family.

The bed looked clean and was properly made, which was about the only reassuring part of the room. I arrived late, after 1am, and had already changed for bed before spotting an opened, used bar of soap by the faucet, hair in the sink, toilet paper in the toilet, and towels left out of order. There were no wash cloths, though fancy folded hand towels were there. In the morning, a long dark hair came off a hand towel into the sink as I wiped my mouth. I was completely grossed out. I told the employee at checkout, but he seemed unconcerned, basically a “whatever” attitude. He said he’d tell the manager, who would arrive soon. A couple of days have passed and I haven’t heard from the hotel. I expected a quick response, an apology and a refund, because this was totally unacceptable. I’m still hoping they do the right thing. The night before, I had the complete opposite experience at their sister hotel in Knoxville, TN. Unfortunate.

We stayed for two weeks and it was an absolutely horrible place. There was a standard continental breakfast that literally never changed. The room had cock roaches running around and black mold all over, and the girl at the front desk was very rude.

The service was amazing, and it was convenient to pretty much anything you could want. The only issue was the beds: one was very, very soft and the other very, very hard.
