Debbie was friendly and helpful in getting us oriented, and our room was comfortable, dark, quiet, and clean. It had a king bed, small fridge, and cold air conditioner. The room key was private, and everything was in good repair and up to date. The 1830s B&B is in a handy central spot in Brewster, MA, walkable to Brewster Store and Brewster Scoop, about a 5-minute drive from several public beaches, and easy for getting around the Cape. It has what you want from a B&B, including a screened porch, easy breakfast, a nice deck, fantastic water pressure, and convenient parking. We had a great time and would visit again.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had such comfy mattress and pillows. Debbie was a gracious host, with good conversation and a very lovely omelette breakfast. The history of the establishment was amazing, and it’s close to many attractions. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in Brewster.

We spent three nights here in August and were happy with the experience overall. The innkeeper was friendly and full of useful information. Our room was lovely, with a brand-new bathroom, very clean, and fresh towels every day. The pillows were a little hard, and breakfast could have had more variety.

There wasn’t anywhere comfortable to sit outside the room, and the outdoor seating was just old metal chairs without cushions. Breakfast was very minimal, and the inn could use a good cleaning.

The breakfast was great, and so were the room and location.
