The hot water kept disappearing, and although I was told an engineer was working on it each day, it would come back briefly and then turn cold again. I never got a hot shower here and had to use my parents’ hotel down the road. That was a big issue for me. I’d have rated the hotel higher because the staff were amazing, and I know they can’t control facility problems. Miranda greeted me and was incredibly accommodating, with elite customer service. The hotel was clean and fairly quiet, the indoor pool and gym on the Lower Level were nice, and the breakfast buffet had good food and service.

The staff were professional, kind, and gave really good service. I had a nice mini vacation and would definitely stay again. My first-floor room was quiet for the most part and convenient when I needed to visit the desk or cafe. The bar got loud sometimes, but closing the doors helped a lot. The room was clean and had a very large flat screen tv. I was disappointed that room service came in plastic containers and the food wasn’t seasoned very well. Room service feels special to me, and I think they should go back to real dishes and silverware. The place itself was beautiful and very clean.

After a long day of travel delays, Kelsey checked us in with such a helpful attitude. The shuttle driver was wonderful too. It was great to get that kind of customer service after a day full of travel problems.

After traveling from South America for more than 24 hours, all I wanted was a shower and a bed. The front desk clerk, I think her name was Kristie, was friendly and accommodating, got me checked in quickly, and took care of my requests. The room was nice and comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic. I had a wonderful stay.

I only stayed one night before an early flight, and getting to the airport was quick and easy. They have a shuttle, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, bright, and quiet, though it’s starting to show its age.
