Hampton Inn & Suites Bridgeview Chicago

The location worked great for us, close to SeatGeek Stadium and Midway Airport. Our room was modern and well cared for, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, breakfast was free and excellent, too. I'd recommend it for a work trip or a getaway.

I've stayed here before without issues, but this visit was different. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the shower had lotion in it instead of conditioner, along with hand soap. Front desk service was poor, and I paid $250 for just a few hours, which didn't feel worth it. They kept telling me I would get only one key and reminding me to check out at noon. No one offered water or even a welcome.

We came back for two weeks and the hotel was still very quiet. Housekeeping respected the do not disturb sign, and the workout room had plenty of space and different equipment. There’s only one washer and dryer, though. This time the internet was a little unreliable, and there’s no way to plug in. It's okay for regular use, but gamers may want to stay somewhere else. We've stayed here before when visiting Chicago or needing a room before a flight. The rooms have always been spotless and roomy, with space for our things and a big desk. The bathroom has lots of counter space, too. Staff are welcoming, the internet is usually great at around 40Mbps, and there's a really good restaurant across the road within walking distance. We’re always glad to stay here and look forward to coming back.

I was here for a brief personal getaway. It stayed peaceful and relaxing, and the service was consistent throughout my stay.
