Extended Stay America Suites - Bristol

The room had some good points: a good size, big refrigerator, sink, and small induction stove. The bed moved easily, the bathroom was old-fashioned, and the towel was dirty, with hair and dirt on it. The solid soap felt draggy afterward and looked used. Room: 2/5. Smokers were at the front door, in the hallway, and on the stairs, even though this is a non-smoking building. The front desk is in another building, so it's not possible to know what happened inside. If smoke bothers you and you have children, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Location: 5/5, close to the highway and up on a hill, so it felt safe.

I had a wonderful stay at the Extended Stay, and Elayne Counts at the front desk made it special. She was welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Her professionalism and warm manner made a real difference. I highly recommend the place, and Elayne is a real asset to the team!

Hard to beat the value here, with a good hotel and free breakfast in the morning. The staff were great and the service friendly. Nothing but good things to say.

After a 12-hour drive, I went an extra 30 minutes in a different direction to reach this hotel, because I had called ahead and Amber had assured me they allowed pets. When I arrived, she said only dogs were allowed, so my cats and I couldn't stay. I asked why she hadn't told me that on the phone. She said, “I don't know, I forgot” and “Well I'm telling you now.” She was extremely rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
