The warm pool and comfortable beds were nice, and breakfast was tasty. I spent the weekend here with my family, though, and my brother and cousin got stuck in the elevator. The fire department had to come. The rooms weren't horrible, but the shower pressure was weak and the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. We also had to leave our towels and trash outside the door to get them cleaned up.

The first room was awful, but the one across the hall felt like a different hotel. It was at least 50% bigger, cleaner, had working TV and blinds, and no cigarette smell. The original room was tiny and next to the elevator. Its TV didn't work, the sink had gritty black stuff, the shade chain was broken, cigarette odor came through the heating system, and the refrigerator froze our food overnight. We were exhausted when we found the problems, so I reported them at the desk the next morning before heading out for a full day. I was assured things would be fixed, but nothing had changed when we got back. An employee said the sink grit was a known issue they couldn't correct, then offered us another room. We hauled our things across the hall after another long day, exhausted all over again. The hotel was very quiet, and we were fairly sure it wasn't sold out, even though a snippy, dismissive employee had said upgraded rooms for Diamond members were sold out when I asked. I had checked in online, but there was no floor plan to help me choose a room, and the digital key I requested never arrived. Check the room before you commit, because you don't know whether you'll get Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde.

The staff were truly wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. This is a beautiful, brand new property with thoughtfully designed rooms, lovely beds, and all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious, especially the Pumpkin Pancakes💜 If you're in the area, book here. You'll LOVE it!

The breakfast was just okay, and the pancake machine wasn't working, though the breakfast lady was extremely nice. I won't be returning. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Even after using self check-in in the app, I still had to go to the front desk, and I never got a keyless key through the app. The king room was tiny, like a box. I told the front desk the fridge wasn't working, but they didn't send another or have maintenance look at it. The young guy just said he'd let management know. I had a baby and needed to store milk, so I was glad I had a cooler and was only there one night. There was no microwave in the room either, so you have to go downstairs to heat food. The walls were so thin I could hear people next door and across from us. At 10am, housekeeping randomly tried to open my door despite the do not disturb sign. Checkout wasn't until 12pm. Thank God for the safety deadbolt.
