The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were clean with fresh carpets and up-to-date maintenance. Honestly, this is better than many hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s the nicest motel I’ve ever been in, like a 20-star rating in the motel world 😂

The hotel feels very dated, but it’s friendly and affordable, and the price fits what you get. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, this works. They didn’t even yell at me for backing in :) I’d absolutely stay here again.

The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, and the price was great. The motel looked bright and cheerful compared with some others nearby, and the attendants were pleasant. If you’re passing through Broken Bow and want a nice room at a low price, this is the place.

I was charged twice for one night, and I’ve been trying to get the $77.29 back. She didn’t understand, and neither did the owner, that $77.29 had already been taken out, so I should only have needed to pay another $2-3 to bring the total to around $79. I handed her $100 in cash and got my change, but no receipt.

We were driving home from South Dakota and this was the only place with a room available. I called, asked about the rate, and booked it right then. The man on the phone was polite, and the woman who checked us in was amazing. For the price, it was great. The room was good, and the hot shower in the morning was nice.
