The area is really quiet, which I loved, and the staff are nice. For the price, the hotel is decent and I'd come back. A few things need attention: the carpets need a deep clean, the pool area needs better ventilation, and breakfast was terrible. If you're staying several nights, eating the same thing every morning gets old.

I used to love this hotel because the staff were friendly and the rooms were usually clean, but this visit was a letdown. It was late, so I cleaned the dirty toilet and tub myself. In the middle of the night my granddaughter got sick and threw up in the bed. They said I'd be charged to have the sheets and towels cleaned, even though they have to wash them anyway. They made me carry the heavy linens to the lobby while I was trying to get the baby to urgent care. There was no empathy at all. This will be my last stay. Save your money, especially if you might get sick.

The staff were rude, the place wasn't clean, and breakfast was awful, just a basic breakfast. At over $100 for the night, I'd suggest staying somewhere else. I tried contacting the hotel through Expedia, but they didn't care, offered nothing, and said they'd stick to their no-refund policy and couldn't help. That's no way to treat customers. There are much better options for the price, so stay far away.

Everything was quiet and very clean, and the staff were helpful, kind, and respectful of our privacy. The room was spotless and the bed super comfortable. I was happy to control the AC since I get very warm at night. The only small downside was that the sink and shower had no cold water, just warm and hot. I'd still recommend it 😊.
