The hotel is new and nice, and the staff were welcoming and cheerful. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable and need replacing. Thanks for installing EV chargers, but I was disappointed by the $0.3/kwh fee for the Tesla to Tesla Charger. I'm already paying $200 a night for a room. Free charging, like at many other Hilton and Marriot properties, would make me choose this hotel over others.

We had the top room suite. It was quite nice and quiet, and the staff were professional. They do a great job here, especially since they also run the Tru across the street. Keep it up!

It's a really nice, clean place to stay, with helpful, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. The area is good if you have things to do in Brooks, but Louisville is a bit too far away.

The cafe area is great for eating, charging devices, or hanging out, and the outdoor lounge was lovely too. The room was well equipped and very clean, with an apartment-sized fridge, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, and plenty of towels. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The outdoor pool was supposed to open on Memorial Day but wasn't ready, though it was too cold to swim anyway. Breakfast was mediocre at best, just typical hotel food with no standout. One 8 oz carton of milk was spoiled. The hot breakfast food was room temperature for the first two days, and the coffee was awful on day one, though they fixed that. If you're visiting Fort Knox Army Base, allow a solid 30 minutes to reach the main gate, not the 15 minutes the desk attendant told us. It was another 10 minutes to base housing. The closest gate to the hotel was still 25 minutes away and stayed closed throughout our Memorial Day weekend visit. That gate has very limited access.
