Hilton Garden Inn Broomfield Boulder

The room was nice and had a great mountain view, but I was very disappointed with the people working there and the billing. When we booked, we were charged an extra three times. Someone on the night shift said a manager would call after we discussed it, but nobody did. In the morning, an employee said there was nothing she could do, though she’d tell a manager. When we arrived, another employee confirmed the room was already paid for, then charged us for the nights anyway. No manager ever contacted us. I can only guess they were avoiding us. The workers seemed unhappy. When I called to ask for extra towels, the woman sounded irritated that we’d called, interrupted me, and sighed loudly. We’ve always liked Hilton, and this was our first stay in Colorado, so it was especially disappointing as Hilton Honors members. I recommend staying somewhere else.

Charmaine and her team made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. They were friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely care about guests. That kind of service made the stay feel welcoming and stood out to me. The Hilton Garden Inn in Broomfield, CO was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything I needed. I had an excellent stay, and I’ll definitely return next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

The TVs never worked during my stay, and staff knew about it but made no effort to fix them. I used points to pay, and all I asked for was some points back to make up for the inconvenience. I didn’t get them. As a Diamond member, I was disappointed that staff brushed off my concerns. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly rude. I understand it was Christmas, but as a Tharaldson Hospitality employee myself, that service was below the standards we’re held to. I stay here often, but after being treated this way, I won’t be back. I’ll use the other Marriott hotels nearby. It’s truly disappointing that this is a Tharaldson Hospitality owned hotel. I may need to speak with Jessica Barrows about it.

The late checkout until noon was handy, and having Tesla and other electric car chargers available was convenient. The stay at Hilton Garden Inn Broomfield Boulder was manageable, but there were some disappointments. The pool was closed, and the bathroom floor felt quite slippery and unsafe. The AC worked okay. The front desk forgot the complimentary water, so I had to remind them. Service there also felt unfriendly, with no greeting or warmth at check-in or checkout. I think there’s room to improve the service and amenities.
