The location is handy, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, but the cleaning needs to improve. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, if at all. The floors were dirty and there were strands of hair everywhere. I felt itchy in bed. That alone is enough to make me never want to stay again.

I won't stay here again. I work hard, and during long work stays I want clean sheets, a comfortable room, and trash taken out without extra charges on top of an already costly room. Here, they wouldn't provide a turndown service or even take away the trash. The rooms are small, with very little kitchen space. The elevator is awful, constantly breaking or moving extremely slowly. I took the stairs every time because it felt so unreliable, and I didn't want to get stuck. They charge for everything. I'll take my SpaceX money elsewhere, and I'll tell our travel company to remove this place as an option. The owner clearly doesn't care and replies to bad reviews with an autogenerated response. Look in the mirror and ask yourself, “Why am I so stingy, and why is my hotel so dirty?”

I've been here for work for a while, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Erick really stands out. He's exactly the kind of person a hotel or hospitality business would want at the front desk: always accommodating, cheerful, and good with customers. He just seems like a genuinely good person. Five stars for Erick.

I've really enjoyed staying here so far. Ms.ana, the housekeeper, does an amazing job cleaning the rooms every day. If she spots something that needs fixing, she gets someone to take care of it right away. ❤️
