In September 2022, this place was a kind of lifesaver for my boys and me. I stayed with my toddler for two weeks and five days as needed, and my teenage son could visit too. The new management family and the boss were kind, hardworking, family oriented, and trying to improve the property and service. We had two of the older rooms. They were clean and good quality in the things that matter: beds, facilities, air coolers, TVs, refrigerators, floors, doors, windows, and parking. No bed bugs, and the tile floors had no carpet, which meant fewer allergies and germs. The daily and weekly rates were affordable and fair. The laundry machines were inexpensive and worked well. I would have liked newer bleached white towels and shower curtains, washable rugs, and a chance for weekly renters to air out rooms by opening screened windows. They may have made those changes since, because renovations were underway. The location is excellent, quiet with sweet country air, yet an easy walk to major stores and restaurants. Thanks again to everyone working there. Sorry this post is late, life circumstances delayed me. God bless you all and the business!

The older gentleman who helped us was patient, super nice, and one of the best people I’ve met in this town. He’s the only reason I’d consider visiting again. The rest of the stay was rough: there was no wifi, a wall socket ruined our brand new charger box, and the smoke alarm went off from shower steam two hours before. It sounded four times before we got permission to remove the batteries. Also, while my mom and I were smoking out back, one of the guests was acting creepy.

As a traveling nurse from out of state, I only stayed one night, but I was very pleased. The room was clean, the linens were fresh, the kitchenette was handy, and the water pressure was amazing. Wifi signal was good as well. Whenever I needed something, like coffee filters or suggestions for places to eat, they got it to me quickly. I’d definitely recommend this place or stay again if I’m back in the area.

The place was dirty and poorly maintained, and the internet was unusable. The TV didn’t work right either. For two guests there was only one towel, one bath mat, and one washcloth. The coffee maker had no coffee, there were no cups, and the iron came without an ironing board. At least the door locked, there was a bed, and the toilet worked if you jostled the handle to stop it running. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

The rooms were spacious and very nice, and everything was clean. The people were super nice, the location worked well for restaurants and shopping, and management and the maintenance guy were both helpful and patient with me. Thanks for an amazing stay. I’d definitely recommend it.
