Diana tried to help when the first room smelled so moldy it made our eyes water and breathing difficult. She moved us a few doors down. At first the new room smelled of cleaning products, but after a few minutes the odor turned strong again, like wet dog and mildew. It was awful. Diana canceled the reservation and left her manager a note about refunding us, but 50 days later I still had no money back. I've called the front desk several times and it just rings. The rooms were terrible. We left for the Marriott across the street, which was much better, and I'm now working with Hilton about the refund. 10 out of 10, I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff were nice, and the pool was good, but I would put this hotel on my do not go list. Water was dripping from the breakfast area ceiling, where there was visible damage. In our room, the shower lights kept dimming and brightening. I reported it in the morning and was told maintenance would come, but it still wasn't fixed 10 hours later. My daughter, who is prone to seizures, had to shower with the lights off. The halls smelled musty, and the fourth floor carpet had a rip about a foot long and an inch wide. The hotel isn't well cared for, even though the staff were friendly.

My family member came away with 10 bed bug bites after a one-night stay. This was the only place they'd stayed outside our home, and no one else in the family had bites, so it seems easy to trace the issue to this hotel. The place was worn and dirty, and the front desk manager, Anthony, refused our request for a refund. It doesn't live up to the Hilton brand.

We picked this place for a weekend at COTA, and the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast room was roomy. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, pastries, waffles, and a hot egg and meat option. Our room was spacious, but had a strong musty smell right when we entered and definitely needed updating. The shower pressure was poor too.
