It’s a basic, no-frills little room, and mine didn’t even have a latch, lol. The cleaner smell was really strong, but it was late and I was tired of shopping around for prices. I was barely there overnight and didn’t use the shower, so I can’t say much beyond that. It’s close enough to walk the strip a couple of times or head to the casino. Honestly, I’d stay again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a heated pool. It’s close to the beach, and I’d definitely stay again.

Even by run-down motel standards, this place is below what I’ve found at other Hampton Beach locations. We visit Hampton Beach every year, and this was by far our worst experience. The building was very dirty, and management seemed unfriendly and unconcerned about customers. Getting the room cleaned in the morning was nearly impossible unless I escalated the situation. There are many better options if you look around. I’m definitely not coming back.

The room was perfect for my family, clean and well maintained, and it was easy to communicate with the staff. The pool was just right for a dip on a hot day. The beach, casino, fishing and state park are all a short walk away, and there’s also a quick walk down the street to a great sunset spot. Looking forward to many more visits.
