Being so close to Keybank Centre and restaurants was a real plus. This was our first stay at the Marriott, and I’m sure it won’t be our last. We had a memorable visit thanks to the well appointed bar, the food options, and the choices in the Club Lounge. Seyma selected a beautiful room with a water view and left us a welcome treat to enjoy after the hockey game. Thanks to Seyma and the team for a great experience.

From the valet to the front desk and room service, everyone gave outstanding service. The hotel clearly has a culture of trust and respect for its team, and you can see that in how they work. The staff gave me the best customer service I’ve had in years, even better than at the Four Seasons. We had a very small issue in our room. I called down and got apology after apology. They couldn’t fix it, so they offered a room upgrade and gave us an amazing room with an incredible view for Valentine’s Day. Highly recommend!

We got a very nice upgrade to a junior suite. It was huge and quiet, with a nice view, and very comfortable. There were some obvious wear marks, including a sliding door with a gash from scraping and a table with its finish rubbed off. Housekeeping and maintenance should have caught a few minor cleanliness issues too. The bed is very, very firm, so if you like that, you’ll love it, but otherwise you might struggle to sleep. The staff were insanely friendly and helpful, probably the nicest I’ve encountered at a Marriott, and I’ve stayed at quite a few. The location is superb, and the valet team was prompt and friendly. A young woman at the front desk around 6pm on Thursday 11/6 went out of her way to set us up for a great day and gave specific restaurant and dinner-time suggestions. Sorry I didn’t get your name. Brittany was just as helpful at checkout the morning of 11/7, and seemed sad when she ran out of things to help us with. We missed breakfast in the M Club Lounge, so I can’t comment on it. We tried the hors d’oeuvres, which were mid and not very fresh when we went, though they were free, and the M Club staff member was a very nice guy. This is a high quality hotel and works well for business or recreation in the area. If I’m back in Buffalo, I’ll stay here again. The location is incredible.

I’ve traveled around much of the US and many parts of the world for business and personal trips over the past 20+ years, and Marriott is my preferred brand. I’ve stayed at enough locations to know what good service looks like. My family and I were on a five-day road trip from Chicago to Cleveland, Buffalo, Niagara Falls on the Canada side, Michigan, and back to Chicago. It was long, fun, and tiring, so the places we stayed mattered. At check-in, Korey took great care of us and clearly explained the hotel services and where to find things. We were tired and wanted to heat up some breakfast leftovers. When I asked where the microwave was, he offered to have one sent to our room, then asked whether we needed plates and silverware. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to our family. In all my hotel stays, I hadn’t had someone go that extra mile during check-in. I wish more people were as thoughtful as Korey. Later that night, after dinner, we stopped at the M-lounge for water and snacks. My kids were picking things out while I looked at the coffee station. A gentleman asked what I was looking for. I said hot chocolate, and he offered to get it for us. I was surprised and asked if he worked there. He said he was a chef named Jose. Soon he came back with someone else and handed us four hot chocolates with marshmallows. I was surprised again by the level of service, and the drinks were really good. The hotel, its amenities, and the service were exceptional. I felt compelled to write because of the experience, and we’re grateful for people like Korey and Jose.

The lake view from our room was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable with good heat and air conditioning. We were in town from Florida this weekend hoping to find snow and visit Niagara Falls, and the hotel’s location worked well. The staff pointed us to nearby Delaware park and gave us the right Google Maps location for a restaurant by the sled hill. We spent the whole day there, and it made the trip for us. Service from the front desk, valet, and M lounge was exceptional. The points per night were also a great value. We can’t thank the staff enough.
