Avalon Irvine

Rainwater gets in and makes a mess throughout the place. This leaking problem has been around for years, but they still haven’t fixed it. Maybe they don’t prioritize it because rain is less common in Irvine. They seem more focused on cosmetic issues than on residents’ quality of life.

Alfonso handled the sink problem professionally and did a great job. He checked that the drain was working properly before he left. I really appreciated his help.

It’s been a great experience living at Avalon Irvine. Aryah and the team are kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Maintenance requests get handled on time, every time, which makes things much easier. Manager Ellie is professional and approachable, and you can tell she cares about residents. The staff and smooth management really make the place feel like home. Highly recommend.

Management wasted residents’ time and caused a lot of disruption. We were told to prepare for an 8:30 AM fire alarm test and that it couldn’t be rescheduled because it was “state required.” We made arrangements for my elderly parent and my fluffy friends, along with many other residents who had to move family members and pets for this supposedly mandatory event. Then, just two hours later, they canceled it by email because of a “vendor issue.” The lack of coordination and oversight was completely unprofessional and a huge disappointment for what they charge in rent.
