The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and you can park right in front of your room. It’s only five minutes from the stadium, and I’d absolutely stay again, maybe bring a mop. I spent over five hours researching a clean, cheap room near the stadium for a Bills game, and after reading reviews I hoped this would work out. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was, except for the floor. The bathroom and sheets were clean, and the floor looked clean, but walking on it barefoot left my feet black with dirt. It definitely needed a good mopping. I also couldn’t turn the air fan up because it was locked on auto, though the room was still comfortable.

We came for a Bills game. The room was a bit dated, and the neighbors were very loud and unruly. I told management, and they moved us to another room promptly without any trouble. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had no other issues. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Getting in and out of the hotel was frustrating because the only entrance backs up with heavy traffic. My first room, 219, had food crumbs on the floor and food in a drawer, including an open item. It had no TV remote either, and there was a wide gap under the door where bugs could get in. The front desk staff were nice about moving me. Room 214 was good, clean, and everything worked, with no gap under the door. The bed was comfy, lighting was good, water pressure was strong, and the towels were decent. The small grab-and-go breakfast items, pastries, water, and juice, were just right for me.

The first room was in rough shape: scraps of toilet paper on the floor, hair in the tub, and some nasty yellow stuff on the sink. Whoever handles cleaning needs to be checked on and taught how to do it properly. At $600, it wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it. After I edited this, we were moved to a much better room. The woman was really understanding, and I'm grateful she helped make the trip good.
