Lenox Hotel and Suites

We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, with restaurants nearby and a Walgreens right next door. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel has a nice vintage feel. My wife and I had a pleasant few days at Hotel Lenox and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The room on the 8th floor was clean, with a big bed, huge window, cute bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Two pictures on the wall showed Buffalo as it looked a long time ago. The building is beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the location worked perfectly for me. I stayed at the Lenox Hotel Buffalo after a Bills game. Since I take a bus from Canada, I was looking for an affordable downtown hotel near the bus terminal. I also liked hearing that the hotel has a long history. Walgreens is next door, and the famous buffalo chicken wings at "Anchor Bar" are just 2 blocks away.

I got in pretty late for my one night stay a few days ago, and the woman who greeted me warmly took time to explain nearby places to visit, including Buffalo and Niagara Falls, as well as farther spots in New York State depending on my schedule. I enjoyed chatting with her, and her advice helped with my trip the next day. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Hot water came through quickly in the shower, which surprised me. Parking was easy when there were spaces in the private lot. I'm not sure whether rooms differ, but I was satisfied and will come back next time.

I've lived here for almost 6 years and love it. It's mostly apartments, with some hotel rooms. Today's weather was a disaster, but my toilet still got fixed. The staff are very friendly, and so are the neighbors. Most have been here for years, which says a lot about the environment. I'd recommend staying here as a hotel guest or moving in as a resident.
