SureStay Plus by Best Western Buffalo

Bad weather had us looking for somewhere to stop while passing through, and Ben at the front desk was kind and delightful from the start. We had a nice stay. The room was clean and quite nice, and the bed was comfortable.

It's an older hotel, and the rooms are a little smaller because of that, so don't judge it by the outside. Inside, the hotel and rooms were super clean, including our pet room. The breakfast area was spotless too, with the usual breakfast foods, plenty of it, and served hot. The bed was comfortable. For a hotel of this type, it earns five stars from me, and I'd definitely stop here again when traveling through.

I killed seven wasps in my room before telling the front desk I couldn't stay there any longer and needed to move. At first, the woman brushed them off as pests like houseflies and offered to look for a fly swatter. Later, when I raised the issue again, the afternoon desk clerk assured me I'd be moved and that a room would be ready at 6:30am, when I got back from my night shift. But when I returned that morning, I was told they wouldn't move me and were still looking for a fly swatter. This is an absolute joke. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

A pleasant place to stay. The staff are friendly, the room was clean, nicely furnished, and smelled good. Breakfast had a wide choice of food. I highly recommend it.
