Amy kept us well informed and was excellent to communicate with during our stay. The room was clean and cozy, though the lights outside the window were very bright, and room 206 had nothing to block them from shining in. It was early in the season, and the gas stations were closed by 9pm. I'd stay here again.

My coworkers and I have found Tipperary Motel to be a dependable, comfortable place to stay when visiting Harding County. The rooms are clean, the beds are just the right amount of comfy, and the service is kind and thoughtful. Really glad this place is here.

After a long day on the road, this hometown motel was just what we needed. It may look a little dated, but that didn't bother us. The place felt safe and clean, the beds were very comfy, and our room had a fridge and microwave. The night staff were friendly. They had coffee, granola bars, microwaveable breakfast burritos, and sandwiches available. There's a cute coffee shop and a fun bar/restaurant downtown, and we loved driving along Cave road to see the beautiful sights just north of town. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

A clean, well-kept little mom-and-pop hotel in a small town. I enjoyed my stay, and the complimentary microwave breakfast sandwiches in the morning were a nice touch. I'd pick it over the bigger places down south, it's much nicer.

We wanted somewhere affordable, clean, and comfortable within reach of Rapid City after crossing back into the U.S. from Canada. Tipperary Motel was a sweet little find, about 1 1/2 hours north of Rapid City. Sammie was responsive and made sure we could check in despite arriving somewhat late. We just picked up our key and receipt at the front counter. It was quiet and peaceful, and I highly recommend it.
