Homewood Suites By Hilton Buford Mall Of GA

The indoor pool was a disappointment. The pool room is heated, but the water itself isn’t, so it was too cold to enjoy when we’d hoped to swim in the cold weather. The hotel is otherwise very comfortable, with spacious, modern rooms and nice amenities. The kitchen area has a large island for eating. There’s also a pleasant outdoor space for warmer days, with a green area for kids, lots of seating, and an outdoor kitchen with grills and a sink.

Wanda and Trinity stood out for their helpful front desk service, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi, breakfast, a pool, and an outdoor fireplace. It’s a convenient spot near the malls, restaurants, and coffee shops, with lots around. It had only recently opened when I stayed, and I appreciated the homey feel. There were standout moments as well as a few things that could be improved. Definitely coming back soon.

I was disappointed when my usual hotel was booked, but that changed as soon as I got to this beautiful gem. It’s centrally located near everything you could want or need, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are wonderful. I’m picky about hotels, and this was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I had a really nice conversation with Shawn, the Assistant General Manager, and could tell the guest experience matters to the people working here. I’ll 100% be back when I visit my Mom again, and highly recommend it to anyone coming to the Buford area.

Manager Shawn went way beyond what I’ve experienced from other hotel managers to help accommodate parking for my semi truck. The staff are very professional, and the place is quiet even though it’s in a busy area that looks fun. The breakfast is the best I’ve had at a Hilton Hotel. They also put on a complimentary “Social” feast on Wednesday nights, always phenomenal. There’s a ton of fun recreation indoors and outside too.
