Booking here turned into a painful experience. They told us they had bedbugs and wouldn’t let us stay, then were extremely rude and threatened to keep our money anyway. They wouldn’t help reverse the charges, so now we have to deal directly with our credit card company. The woman we spoke with was hostile too. It felt like a scam.

The service was awesome, and the owner was so respectful and friendly. This is the best place.
