Willow Tree Inn Suites

It honestly feels like an apartment, and the price is great. The place is newly renovated, with brand-new flooring, comfy bedding, quality pillows, a pretty sink, and beautiful back-lit mirrors. There's a nice lounge chair and dining set, and the air conditioner worked insanely well. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind. Definitely book a stay here!

From the outside it looks like a rundown motel, but the rooms are modern and fantastic, a hidden treasure, really. The walls are paper thin, though. I could hear my neighbors' every footstep and every car on the road. And just an hour after checking in, I found a cockroach or some kind of bug in my bed. That's why I'm giving it fewer stars.

They seemed to be working on a major update to the whole property, and my room had a sleek, nicely remodeled look. Everything else was good and the rate was fair, so I'll chalk up the lack of reception on the big flatscreen to the work in progress.

The owner was helpful, and the rooms were clean and fairly quiet during my midweek stay. I could hear a low sound from passing cars on the nearby freeway. Good value for the money.
