Quality Suites Burleson - Ft. Worth

They checked me out and started cleaning my room more than an hour before checkout time, while I’d only stepped out briefly. Be careful if you stay here, because they may enter and clean before you’ve actually checked out.

The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, and the room was spotless and well kept. I slept well every night in the comfortable bed. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and I really enjoyed the pool. The area felt safe, was convenient, and had everything I needed nearby. It was a clean, comfortable stay, and I’d come back.

The room smelled awful when I checked in. There were holes in the curtains and stains on the floor, and the walls are so thin I could hear the man next door hacking, spitting, and passing gas. I could also hear people talking through the wall on the other side. I asked to move rooms, but they wouldn’t unless I paid extra. It’s not very clean, and I’m stuck here for two nights. I’ve stayed at Comfort Choice hotels before, but this is the worst. I’d been here just an hour and already regretted it, over and over. Oh joy.

We stayed in Burleson off Interstate 35. The room was very clean, and outside noise was low enough for us to sleep well. The hot breakfast was great, and we had an awesome stay.
