It’s easy to get to, and the place is quiet and clean. What stands out most is how consistently friendly the staff are. Each morning there’s a cheerful “GOOD MORNING!”, some pleasant conversation, and helpful advice about the area. Management has clearly built that kind of culture here. It feels like the home you want when you’re away, and I’d highly recommend it.

I stay here often and love the place and the staff. The rooms are great, but the food at the bar is very limited. A few easy additions, like cheese sticks or a quesadilla, would help a lot. For guests like me who stay a month at a time, it’d be great to have five solo dinner choices. Please add some more options.

We’ve stayed here about ten times, but won’t be coming back. At check-in there was just one washcloth and one hand towel, and only three tissues left in the Kleenex box. We were rushing to an event, so figured housekeeping would refresh the room in the morning. No one came, so at 11am we called to ask for housekeeping. When we called again at noon, we were told they couldn’t come until “the towels are out of the dryer.” We said we didn’t have enough towels and needed to shower, so they could skip cleaning and just bring towels. We still had to wait. I told the front desk that wasn’t acceptable, since it was already noon and we had places to be. They called back to say someone was on the way with towels right away, but ten minutes later they still hadn’t arrived. Getting towels to a guest shouldn’t be such a challenge. Housekeeping finally showed up around 12:45. We asked for an extra set and got one extra bath towel.

The room was great, clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. But we booked for five people and only got one towel. We asked the front desk several times for more, and they said the towels were in the laundry without being able to say when they’d be ready. We checked out without ever receiving any.
