I left my dress hanging in the closet when we checked out in early May 2026, entirely my mistake. We called about eight hours later, but the hotel said nothing could be done that evening and promised to call by noon the next day. They never called. My husband had to phone again, and while he was on hold they checked the room. By then, more than 24 hours had passed, and the dress was nowhere to be found. It's easy enough to replace, but that's not the point. They didn't try to make it right, didn't seem to care, and blamed me for lying. I believe someone on staff is stealing and lying. They were dishonest.

I had a hard time reading my book because the room was so dim. There was no overhead light, and the lamps felt like candlelight. There was a small fridge but no microwave. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the staff were attentive, and the hotel welcomed dogs.

The rooms were the one good thing. We stayed two weekends in a row because of winter conditions, so my fiancé could be closer to work. The staff were rude and extremely unprofessional, and I'm not coming back. I asked for iced coffee, but they made it hot. When I asked them to remake it as iced, which is what I'd ordered, it took about 15 minutes. Less than five minutes later, I was standing nearby when I heard them complaining to another customer about having to redo it. That was rude and disrespectful. These girls should be fired for acting that way. I hope they get people who know how to do the job properly, or they'll lose a lot of customers. I'd rather stay somewhere with good staff and customer service.

Easy to get on and off the highway, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I've traveled over 100 days a year with Marriott and am a Titanium Elite member, and I rarely leave reviews. After seven business days here, I have to say I can't praise this hotel enough. The woman at the front desk was kind and got me checked in quickly when I arrived around 9 PM, exhausted from travel. The pool has also been a good way to unwind after working in the sun. Two people made the stay especially memorable, though I don't know their names. A middle-aged gentleman, I think from housekeeping, was a pleasure to meet in the hallways. We had lots of talks and laughs, and it was great having someone to chat with. The young woman I believe is the guest services manager has gone above and beyond and has been great to deal with. Five stars all the way. My only gripe isn't the hotel's fault. I get five free upgrades each year, but at every hotel I stay at it seems I'm never able to use them. Maybe Marriott could come up with a better plan so members who spend a lot can actually use their upgrades.
