The rooms were clean and the hotel itself was decent, but I’d urge anyone considering it for a wedding to look elsewhere. Planning with the coordinators was mostly okay, though they seemed somewhat disorganized. We kept going because they said yes to our requests and assured us they could make things happen. Then, the day before and on the wedding day, those answers turned into refusals and apologies. It felt like a betrayal. The servers wouldn’t serve the champagne for our toast or the wedding cake. They left everything off to the side and expected guests to get up and collect it themselves. We never got a reason for this, and it felt unwarranted, unprofessional, stressful, and sad on our wedding day. Even worse, staff walked off with pieces of the cake after refusing to serve it to our guests. When we told management, they acted as if nothing was wrong. They eventually refunded part of our fees after we asked, along with a meaningless apology, but that can’t give us our wedding day back. Save yourself the trouble and have your wedding somewhere else.

The airport is really close, which was convenient for us. Maria at the front desk also made check-in simple and was very helpful. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was the TV remote. We had a really nice stay at the Delta Burlington Hotel.

There are several restaurants within walking distance, and a Starbucks is right across the road. The hotel also felt safe for both staying and parking. It’s about a 5-7 minute drive to downtown and other places you might visit. Our room was clean and well kept, with an average amount of space, neither large nor small.

We got in very late, after the bar had closed, but the owner went out of his way to make us a nightcap to take upstairs. The room was clean and updated, with a giant TV, and there’s a restaurant on site. Awesome!

A clean room, friendly staff, and a handy location for getting to the airport if you need it. Really nice hotel, and I’d stay again.
