The woman who checked us in was lovely, but the rest of the stay wasn’t worth $222 a night plus fees. At breakfast, the water and juice machine was broken. I don’t drink coffee, so I asked the woman in charge for water. She took me to the exercise room and showed me a dispenser with tiny cones that hold about three swallows and won’t stand up. Our room got no housekeeping: no trash taken out, no fresh towels, no bed made. I usually tip the housekeeper, but there was no service. We had three rooms, and one had broken AC during the hottest weekend of the year. The front desk moved my family member to another room after being told, but also said they’d heard similar complaints about that room. They didn’t fix it, just gave it to the next schlep. Watch out if they put you in room 206. I’m unlikely to stay at a Fairfield or Marriott again.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were renovations going on on the first floor, but we still had a good stay. A couple of things could be better: more channels for kids on the TV would help, and the pool felt cold despite being told it was 82 degrees, so we didn’t stay in it long.

We booked two connected rooms for the family, and both were clean and comfortable. The place felt welcoming and was very quiet. Staff were wonderful and left each of us a welcome bag with water and snacks. It’s close to everything you’d want to enjoy with family. We’d recommend it.

The room seemed clean, though I found the decor really ugly. We arrived late at night, and the woman at the front desk was excessively rude. We were polite, but she ignored us and spoke so quietly when giving information that we had to lean in to hear. Later, when we asked a question, she snapped that we’d know if we’d listened at check-in. The gentleman working the next day was extremely nice to all of us.

The room was spotless, and everything in it worked. Breakfast had a really nice variety, and the staff were great and gave me helpful tips for finding things nearby. Best of all, those were the most comfortable beds I’ve had in a long time.
