This was our second stay, and it was just as good as the first. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the accommodation felt five-star. June Gutierrez, the manager on duty, was courteous and professional, and the person handling breakfast in the morning was terrific and friendly. Thank you.

The staff made the stay especially pleasant, always welcoming and attentive. We also liked having both the outdoor seating and the indoor pool and heated jacuzzi to relax in. The Hampton Inn is handy for getting where we needed to go, with lots of food choices nearby. A comfortable place to stay that I’d recommend.

Our room was freezing because the heater didn’t work, and the morning staff made a bad situation worse. I chose this hotel for the pool and amenities, but the pool was closed in the evening before its 10 p.m. closing time, then was shut again when we came down in the morning, ready to swim. They said it was for maintenance. When I asked why it wasn’t done before the 8 a.m. opening, the manager said he had no idea and had just arrived. A horrible place to stay.

The rooms were mediocre at best, and I wouldn’t expect good service here. Even a basic question about stayovers turned into everyone acting as if Ice had to approve reservation changes. When I finally tried to speak with the manager, he said he was sorry, he’d just woken up. That’s not an answer to the questions I was asking. Save your money and go to La Quinta. They’re bad!
