Staybridge Suites Boston - Burlington by IHG

We felt welcome the whole time, thanks to how kind and helpful the staff were. They even upgraded our room, which turned out to be surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

We needed to move out of our home for a while, and I was very pleased with our stay here with our nine-month-old. We had booked from sometime in October through November 18, but left around the 6th. They charged us only for the days we stayed, with no fee for checking out early. Parking had no restrictions, the staff were very nice, and the room was impressively clean. The one issue was the AC. It was very loud, pushing hot air in winter, though sometimes the air felt cold. If we shut the door, the room and living room could end up at very different temperatures. There was also sometimes an unpleasant smell from the bathroom at night. Even with those issues, I'd highly recommend it.

Gary and Ana at the front desk were great to deal with, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed for 10 days and got very good value. The location was close to everything, and the large rooms were well equipped. Free breakfast, a pool, a gas grill, and free laundry made it a good option for a longer stay. We'd definitely come back.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites Boston – Burlington from January 21 to 23 and found a serious safety problem. I reached into the kitchen cupboard in my suite for a glass and discovered a large, sharp piece of broken glass inside. I attached photos. This was alarming and unacceptable. If I hadn't noticed it in time, I could have been seriously hurt. Something with broken glass inside should never be put away as clean. Basic safety standards weren't met, and I expect a clear explanation and corrective action.
