The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and they went beyond what I expected. The online pictures don't do this place justice. It was clean and well maintained, and I'll stay again.

Even in a smoking room, the cleaning crew could at least try to make it smell better.

The room was okay, but my check-in was around 3 in the morning. I called at 8 a.m. to ask for a late checkout, and they wouldn't let me stay until noon unless I paid an extra $20. I checked out at 11:30 and asked for the Wi-Fi password, but they refused because I'd already checked out. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The manager was helpful getting me settled, and even gave me a reasonable discounted rate without me asking. The room met my needs, and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel needs upkeep. The carpets were worn and torn in places, and the bed and furniture had stains. The countertops and TVs hadn't been wiped down well. Gaps around the main door let in light and sound, and one wall socket looked like it had some kind of electrical damage.

There were marks on the wall by the beds that looked like blood spatter, along with more splatter above the bathroom sink. The room was booked for two adults but had just one towel and one washcloth. Getting extra linens from the front desk was unnecessarily complicated. Other guests also made a lot of noise around 2:30 a.m.
