The parking setup is a little tricky, with a tight turn and one way in and out. The entrance is at the front, while the lot is along the side. We rented two rooms, and everyone was happy. The rooms were clean, smelled great, stayed warm, and had comfy beds, a nice TV, and good common areas. The breakfast got rave reviews too. I also want to recognize how honest the cleaning staff was: after someone dropped a c note, they called to let me know and kept it safe. Taisha and Amina at the front desk were personable and helpful. My guests and I both really enjoyed the trip.

We’ve stayed at Tru Hotels before, but this staff was the best we’ve experienced. The morning team was cheerful and so friendly, and went out of their way to make breakfast a good experience. And they had bacon, which was a lovely surprise after so many hotels have been serving sausage or turkey sausage instead. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Just watch out for the metal bed frame, which sticks out a bit beyond the mattress. We all banged our knees on it pretty hard. We’ll definitely come back. Great staff, enjoyable stay, and bacon!

I booked Tru on a whim after seeing it around town while I needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights during work at my house. I was really pleased with the choice. The lobby has workspaces, games, and pool tables, so there’s room to relax or socialize without going out. The gym is lovely and has a range of equipment, including a Peloton bike. The staff were always friendly, pleasant, and helpful, and I like that the hotel welcomes pets. My room was spacious and clean, with soft, cozy bedding. The bathroom was great, and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers all smelled amazing. You can also log in to Netflix if cable isn’t your thing. I’ll look for one of these hotels when I travel.

I almost didn’t write a review, but this was my second stay and I have to mention Alicia. I think that was her name. Her customer service and communication were amazing, and she was so nice and clearly passionate about her work. Whatever you’re paying her, she deserves a raise. She made this visit even better than the first, and I’ll absolutely come back when I’m in the area. She deserves all the good things. Both visits were great. The room was clean and bug-free, smelled fresh without an overpowering cleaner scent, and had everything I could need. The only drawback is that there’s no microwave in the room, though there is one in the lobby.
