The smell was the worst part of our stay. The building is older and showing some wear, and the floor was so dirty I kept my shoes on the whole time. The little fridge was good, though, and it was nice and quiet.

The outlets were easy to reach, which I appreciated. It's an older motel that's been updated, and the basic room was comfortable enough. The shower was much smaller than I expected, but it worked fine for us.

Burney Falls is just 12 minutes away, and the service was good. The property is old but clean, and the location worked well. Since Burney is a small, remote town, restaurant choices are limited. There is a Safeway grocery store and a couple of gas stations.

Getting around from this location was really convenient. We booked Queen rooms, though, and were given rooms with Double/Full beds. The rooms could use some improvement.

Friendly staff made this a nice stay. It's a cozy little motel in a beautiful rural town, with nothing fancy about it. I'd recommend staying here.
