For the price, this is a good motel. The front desk woman gave us a king room instead of a queen at no extra charge, and the service was fantastic. Our bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, and the mini fridge, microwave, bathroom, and towels were all good. I'd still suggest Prime Rate Inn next door, since it has a few more amenities for the same price. That's why I gave this four stars instead of five.

In a nice area, with clean, quiet rooms and personable staff. Much better than the other inexpensive hotels and motels I've tried.

Rosa is the best housekeeper ever, and Rita and Bud are the sweetest couple. This is the cleanest, best hotel in Burnsville!

I had to find a room at the last minute for one night, and was disgusted by the place when I arrived. They told me the water would be off from 11 to 6 for maintenance. There were multiple police cars outside looking for a suspect. The room looked totally outdated, with nasty buildup on the bathroom faucet and stained towels. The light switch and TV didn't work either. At checkout, my door was jammed, so I had to call downstairs for someone to unlock it so I could leave.

Holly at the front desk was lovely and went above and beyond. She was hospitable, easy to talk to, and clearly cared about the guests and their stay. The bathroom was a wee bit small, but the bed was fabulous, like sleeping on a cloud. It's an extremely quiet, peaceful place, and the weekend rate was very reasonable when everywhere else was booked for Saturday. Mystic Lake Casino is 10 minutes away. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend it any day.
