Quality Inn Weston

We left the room immediately, packed our things, and went to another nearby hotel. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, had bugs in the corners, stains across the carpet, no toilet paper, and feces on the toilet. Clearly it hadn't been vacuumed. Outside, there was trash everywhere and old gym equipment; inside the lobby were microwave boxes and random junk. The place was filthy inside and out, and those 3.9 Google stars are misleading. At the front desk, we were told only the manager could approve a refund and to come back the next morning. We returned to speak to the owner, Nitin, but he wasn't there and staff didn't know where he was. They wouldn't call him, so I had to call myself. Nitin gave me every reason he couldn't refund us. After more than an hour of arguing, he suddenly said he could, and promised it would come through in a couple days. Multiple weeks later, nothing had arrived. Don't stay here. It should be shut down or have new ownership that cares about customers.

We had a great stay at this Quality Inn and plan to visit again. We were there in October 2025, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the start. Check-in was easy, and our clean room had everything we needed for the night. There's a restaurant and bar in the hotel too. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was really nice and welcoming.

Totally worth it. I asked if they'd sell me their pillows, but they said they came from Choice. I would've loved to bring them back to Bali because my kids loved them. They also loved the hotel's restaurant patio outside. Check-in was quick, and the free breakfast was early in the morning.

The carpet was stained, filthy, and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages. There was hair and dirt behind the bathroom door, the tub looked dingy, and I found bits of food and fruit all along the bed skirt. I mentioned it to the front desk staff in the morning and just got a "thank you" in response. Not much quality here.
