Our wedding at the Wyndham was beautiful and fun, and we’re so grateful to everyone who worked hard to make it happen. The food was amazing, too. Jessica and her team were wonderful to work with, and she went above and beyond to keep our special day running smoothly. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had a great weekend family trip, with clean rooms and really pleasant staff. The reason I’m giving four stars is that the room was advertised as having a pool view, but it didn’t really. It was on the main level, with a balcony four rooms away from the pool, so it was nearby but not actually a pool view.

I’d stayed here before and was very pleased, but my last visit in November 2025 wasn’t good. Some staff were very rude, and nobody cleaned or serviced my room during the three days I was there. I just checked my credit card statement and found frivolous charges on the bill, too.

The hotel didn’t recognize the reservation we’d made through a third-party app, then charged us twice for the room. The manager was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. When I asked them to stop interrupting me, they said, “No, you need to listen to me.” Let me explain what I’m seeing on our bank account, then tell me what you think. Just stop interrupting customers.

The hot tub is tiny and so shallow that the water only comes up to your waist unless you sit on the floor in the middle. And I’ve never seen a hotel put the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the bathroom before. Honestly, that’s really gross.
