I travel a lot, and this hotel is really nice for the price. The front desk people were amazing, and the service went beyond what I expected. My remote wasn’t programmed, so the maintenance man came to set it up at 9:30 on a Sunday night. When I was leaving the next morning, he checked in to make sure I was OK. The bed was really comfortable, too. And the place smells amazing!

We had a great experience and the continental breakfast was great, but there were a couple of things that felt off. The location is a bit out of the way, and the main road could use better lighting to feel safer. I also wasn’t sure why, when the hotel didn’t seem fully booked, they grouped most guests together. The people in the room next to us were loud pretty much all night.

The front desk guy was really nice and apologetic, but there were too many things that didn’t work. The workout facility was bunk, the machines were broken, the elevator didn’t work, and neither did the coffee machine. Housekeeping banged on my door at 8:30 on Saturday even though checkout was at 11 and I had Do Not Disturb up. Then they slammed doors and made ridiculous noise cleaning adjoining rooms. What the heck? Won’t be back to this location.

The breakfast hostess was top-notch, and the check-in and checkout staff were great too. Breakfast was good, though apples were the only fruit, and I’d have liked more fruit and some nuts for vegetarian or vegan guests. The room was spacious, functional, and very clean, with plenty of pillows, though they were rather small. The bed was comfortable, the channel choices varied, and I was glad to see CNN and religious programming. Hot water took longer to come on than I expected. I was here briefly after a car accident and enjoyed the stay. All in all, I’d choose to stay again if I needed to.
