Comfort Suites Byron Warner Robins

The rooms were great, breakfast was good, and Rosa was very nice. Heather made the whole visit special. She smiled and welcomed us as soon as we came in, helped us find stores and good local restaurants, and told us about things happening nearby. She was wonderful with the kids, showed us the best place to park, and directed us to our room after we got off the elevator. Every day we saw her, she was smiling. We were traveling through for the holidays and will definitely stay again on our next trip through. Thanks for the experience!

It’s easy to get on and off the road, and the rooms are clean and nice. There isn’t much around, but the location seems safe. The person at check-in came across a bit cranky, maybe just having a bad day. The person working in the morning was pleasant. I understand the start of a workday can be tough, since I’ve worked my whole life too. Still, I’d recommend staying here.

Heather made us feel welcome throughout our stay, and her customer service was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and patient, and the way she interacted with her teammate stood out too. I hope she gets employee of the year and recognition from both the company and the hotel owner. Thank you for treating our family so well and delivering the quality your organization stands behind.

I’ve stayed before at the competitor next to the Comfort Suites, and that was a nice visit, but this hotel was better. It’s my new favorite stop for the one night I need while driving between Tennessee and Florida. Byron is close to halfway between Knoxville, Tennessee and Clearwater, Florida, and the hotel sits right off I-75. The four floor property is immaculate and well maintained, with facilities that look brand new. I learned it’s about ten years old, which you wouldn’t guess from its condition. Heather greeted me warmly, and check-in was quick and easy. She was friendly, efficient, and kind. She put me in a spacious king suite on the third floor, much larger than a typical hotel room. It had a big flat screen TV, refrigerator, large closet, microwave, sofa, and desk. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet. After a long drive, it was a clean, relaxing place to unwind at a good price. There’s free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool and hot tub, and complimentary breakfast in the morning, though I’m not a breakfast person, so I can’t comment on it. Restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations are close by, including Krystal, McDonald's, Wendy's, and Denny's within easy walking distance. As a Choice rewards member, I got a reasonable nightly rate and earned loyalty points. Without a doubt, this is my top hotel choice when traveling through Central Georgia.
