I've coached a traveling team for 10 years, and this is hands down my favorite property. Larry and his team were very accommodating with breakfast times, setting up the conference room, assigning rooms, and parking our bus. It was only two miles from our competition, with lots of food options nearby. Their kitchen was open at night too. I highly recommend the hot caramel brownie with vanilla ice cream, lol. Top notch place!

Cindi at the front desk was welcoming and attentive, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with all the toiletries we needed in the bathroom. There's a restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner, though we didn't get to try it. The location was quiet and felt safe, and parking was free. We were delighted with the service and would highly recommend the hotel.

I spent about a week there after having all four molars removed. It was so painful that I nearly had to go to the hospital. I could barely manage soft food, like beans, from the nearby taco restaurant. While I was there, I also slept and studied for my college work.

Every staff member we met was kind, professional, and really helpful. The young woman at the front desk with long black-brown hair and bangs was phenomenal at accommodating our stay. Exceptional location and service. 10/10, God bless.

The free water in the lobby was a much appreciated touch after a hot day. I didn't try the food, and the gym is small. The pool and hot tub were average, but relaxing. My room was okay, though the toilet made noise at night, so keep the door shut. It's one of the better places to stay around here, with friendly, helpful staff. Hyatt Regency Westlake up the road had louder windows, no free bottled water, and colder staff for more money. Forget that.
