Comfort Inn & Suites Caldwell

The rooms were great and quiet, and breakfast was awesome. I forgot to pack a swimsuit, though the pool area was huge, and the hot tub was being worked on. We'll be back next visit. It's only three minutes from Noble, and Wings Etc. is right next door if you want a good restaurant and bar. Very nice and clean. We stayed at Quality on our last visit and it was awful.

When I asked what the pool sign meant by “excessive noise,” the woman came over to check whether I was with the kids, even though of course I was. In less than five minutes, she was yelling at them to be quiet and scaring them, although they weren't being loud or causing a problem. Why not just answer my question? This didn't feel kid friendly at all. It seemed like it didn't matter if they were swimming, walking, breathing, or just being kids. We won't come back. If you're looking for somewhere nice to swim with your kids or celebrate a birthday like I was for my oldest, go somewhere else.

The rooms were nice, but I probably wouldn't stay here again even without kids. The woman at the front desk in the mornings doesn't seem to like children and makes a point of making things unpleasant. She's not very good at communicating with adults either. Honestly, the staff could be nicer.

We'd booked a room for a weekend group motorcycle trip since we didn't want to camp, and weren't expecting much. The rooms turned out to be really nice, the beds were comfy, and everyone on staff was friendly. Even the complimentary hot breakfast was good. For around $85 a night, I've got nothing bad to say.
